It has been a while since the last time we launched an updated version for Socialreply. Our Socialhead team is focusing on developing and upgrading the chat flow function to offer users the best and easiest way to craft and run smooth and smart chat flows.
Now, we are ready to present you with our completely new chat flow tool in Socialreply V2.3.

Welcome to a brand new Chat Flow feature in Socialreply V2.3
As we already mentioned above, the new version of Socialreply will offer you – our valued merchants a new Chat Flow tool in both user experience and user interface. With this great upgrade, our developers expect that the Chat Flow tool will be much more user-friendly and higher productive. Let’s see what we have change for Socialreply.
New design for Chat Flow tool
After researching and developing, we decided to change the UI design for the Chat Flow feature in Socailreply V2.3 to provide users the best experience in both visual and usage.
In detail, the 3 Chat Flow templates will be adjusted to be clearer, and the creating process will be more user-friendly.
The ‘Create Your Flow’ button will be no more in this version while the description for the 3 chat flow templates will stay the same:
- Order confirmation: Send a message when your customers make purchases.
- Shipping update: Keep your customers always updated with the latest order status
- Order cancellation: Inform your customers that their orders have been canceled via messages.
Furthermore, you will be given 3 different Actions when creating chat flows:
- Send message
- Assets & attachments
- Delay time: You can set up the delay time by seconds
The new design will keep you familiar with the Chat Flow feature you used to know but still make you feel excited with the new and nice UI design. It’s much easier to use chat flows now than before, isn’t it?
Besides, our team has been working really hard to improve the app performance for Socialreply so that your experience now will be smooth and seamless.
Auto-saved Chat Flows
Guess what? You are enabled to auto-save your chat flow no matter when you are editing it or creating a new one.
This means the whole chat flow data will never be lost even when you forget to save it or something else happen. The chat flows will always be auto-saved along the process and you are always aware of that with a status bar on the left side of the screen. Moreover, you are allowed to undo or redo an action you just make on your chat flow easily with Socialreply V2.3.
Preview Chat Flows With Socialreply V2.3
The function you have been asking for is finally available in Socialreply V2.3. You are now able to preview your chat flows before publishing them.
When you create a chat flow, there will be a ‘Preview Flow’ button on the left side of the screen. After you have finished customizing your chat flow, you can click on the button to overview the flow again or check out the chat flow in reality.
Once you click on the Preview button, a pop-up screen will appear to show you the overview of your chat flow. You can go through the flow to find out what you want to change or adjust. You can also preview how the chat flow works by clicking on the Start button.
The screen now takes you to a virtual chatbox where your chat flow runs as if it is already published. This function will be super useful for our valued merchants especially newbies to test and adjust their chat flows easily without moving back and forth.
Moreover, Socialreply V2.3 always informs you if your chat flow is unable to be published due to some issues such as ‘Some required fields are empty’.
